The 10 week course 'Build a Successful Business Using the Internet', will teach you how to build a successful website, designed to drive targeted traffic to your business, or new online venture. The course teaches you how to correctly name your domain, undertake keyword research, structure your website and most importantly- how to correctly build pages that the search engines will find and index.

Course Times and Dates - 2010
Available course times are - Tuesday 6pm-9pm - Box Hill
- Saturday 9am-12pm - Brunswick
Courses will run provided minimum numbers are filled. Minimum numbers for course to run are 6, maximum 10 participants per group.
(If the advertised course does not run, your money will be refunded in full or transferred to the next available course at your request.)The dates** for upcoming courses in 2010 are as follows (11 weeks in total)- - Tuesday 27th April 2010 - 6th June (incl 1 week break)
Box Hill Library (NOT part of Box Hill Tafe), 1040 Whitehorse Rd, Box Hill- students will use computers in the training room. - Saturday 1st May 2010 - 10th June (incl 1 week break)
Brunswick Business Incubator, 420 Victoria St, Brunswick- students are required to bring their own laptop to work on.

Skill Level Required
We provide the following tips so that you are able to get the most from your class time. Before commencing the class students should be able to- - send and receive email
- navigate the internet, have two windows open in an internet browser and be able to flick between them
- have basic computer skills- ie. can cut and paste between documents
As well as being- - able to attend ALL classes- unfortunately we are not able to 'catch up' students who miss classes, and the work is structured so that the knowledge from one week builds upon the last
- If you cannot commit to the full 11 weeks, then consider our e-learning options which might fit better into your schedule
- able to spend 8 - 12 hours a week, reading and watching course videos as well as working on your website.
Course Fees (current as at January 2010)
The course fee is Au $1200, and it is split into two components- - $850 course fee (includes GST)
**Special Early Bird Price $775 (save $75)- must book before March 31st 2010
- $350 for a full year of web hosting, domain name registration and access to all the tools and features to build your website (This is the only ongoing cost to maintain your web hosting and domain name, and is payable annually).
The form below is to Register for the course. Once you register, you will be invoiced an initial $500. The remainder of the course fee will be invoiced in Class 1.
